Seize the school and sell it to Tom Monaghan. Watch the leftist heads explode.
Nuke Oberlin and Raimondo from space, just to be sure these shits no longer present an existential threat to Americans and America.
I'm beginning to think the people running Oberlin would qualify for such.
The school can appeal to the state Supreme court, but I doubt the court will grant a hearing.
I'm usually good at spotting sarcasm but there was no context in your comment. How would anyone know you were alluding to Putin Puffers?
Their endowment is over a billion dollars.
No, I meant Oberlin. Antioch is closer. Rod Serling (famous for his Twilight Zone Series) spent some time there as both student and instructor. Time for a Young’s Dairy Road Trip! I agree.
To this day, I remember the school’s defense of the thieves, claiming that, for Blacks, stealing was a “right of passage” and that it was racist of the bakery to expect them to pay like white customers.
Seriously.
They should be bled into bankruptcy.
“If I were the judge, I would give the College one week to pay up or the award will be doubled for every week’s delay.”
Good idea.
Aye, I should get into the habit of putting the “/s”
The smell from Antioch would block the more distant smell from Oberlin...
Chain their doors shut, post guards. Seize their accounts, arrest the admin staff.
Considering its options.
Who do we need to bribe and how many?
Nope. Many of us have been following this story from the beginning. Here are some links:

See post 94.
We’ve ALL followed it from the beginning. I don’t think you understood my post, or FP’s.
Tthe court could attach the endowments itself if it wished never mind what the college was allowed to use it for legally.
Yes and no. Depending on how the endowment is structured, they money never passes to the school unless the conditions are met. If the school doesn't meet them - no funds.
Lawyers for these endowments got smart once schools and judges started trying to redirect their funds.
I pray that oberlin burns to the ground. Nothing left but ashes.
That only leaves the 99.99% of American universities that don't want to attract conservative students.
