Left unstated is whether the “inflammatory” statements are actually true.

Fauci constantly sought the limelight and maximum publicity for himself over the past two years (and before). With that level of public exposure there unfortunately is inherent risk, particularly when the person in the limelight makes controversial statements, statements derogatory toward large groups of people, or takes positions threatening the livelihoods and lifestyles of large groups. Fauci did all three and often in an extremely calculating way. It was his choice, he could have stayed in the background and let department press spokespeople create and fuel the controversies he purposefully inflamed.
Fauci desired celebrity status and achieved it. Now he needs to take personal responsibility for the consequences of his own actions.
Consider this. In today’s world most Congress people, state legislators, high ranking corporate executives, local officials, university presidents, and even US Senators are low profile in handling their jobs. They move about in public without body guards or high risk of harm. The reason is they quietly go about their jobs and don’t try to push themselves into public view an don’t purposefully agitate the public.
If Fauci wants to blame anyone for death threats, he shouldn’t be throwing out baseballs at MLB games on television, he shouldn’t be making disparaging comments about people and groups of people on television, and he certainly shouldn’t be posing by the pool for fashion magazines. He certainly doesn’t need to be giving multiple press interviews daily and seeking out every television camera he can find.
Like most liberals and government officials, he is unable to take personal responsibility for situations he has created. If he wants things to change, he can simply stay in his office, do his job, and let his press spokesperson issue messages in the name of the department he works for, leaving his own name off the communication as well as ending public appearances and press interviews. Within six months he will be an invisible federal bureaucrat instead of the Covid celebrity. There are choices in life, make your choice and don’t blame the negative consequences of your choice on others.
And his canine victims in heaven are feeling justified.
Fauchi getting death threats. It would be a shame if someone relieved him of his ability to waste oxygen. A shame I tell you..Perhaps Hillary could loan him some body guards or maybe Jeffrey Epstein security company could do so since they are unemployed. I am not advocating harm to the toxic gremlin, but I would not be sad.Going toes up seems to be the only way we will be rid of him, as it is with many ruling class despots in government.
