Addison Rae excitedly greeted former US president Donald Trump after he made a ringside appearance at the star-studded UFC 264 fight in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
In footage uploaded by YouTube channel NELK earlier this week, Rae was seen approaching Trump, 75, as he watched the UFC bout between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier from his ringside seat.
The clip shows Rae tapping on Trump's shoulder to get his attention before she says: 'Hi! I'm Addison. Nice to meet you. I have to say hi, hello. So nice to meet you.' It's not clear what Trump said to her in return.
The friendly greeting caused a stir on social media, with many fans up in arms about the run-in and the woke mob on Twitter calling for the TikTok star to be canceled. Others questioned how she was able to bypass Trump's secret service detail.
The 20-year-old Louisiana superstar's devout fanbase also speculated about her political affiliation - a topic that was first brought early in her career when she was accused of registering to vote as a Republican.
Social media users quickly slammed Rae over the greeting, with comedian Chris Klemens saying he believed she had revealed her political affiliation, writing: 'Oopsies Addison… your Republican is showing.'
The 27-year-old YouTuber later quipped: 'Word on the street is Addison Rae's song Obsessed is about Donald Trump actually.'
