This sounds like a backwards way of NOT securing the Capitol Building. All the Anti-Trump protesters were right there in the Capital Police’s faces, at the front of the crowd, dressed as Pro-Trump protesters.
I heard that the Capital Police were told to stand down. Perhaps this is way of excusing a “stand down order?” Other than that, it does not make sense.

Anyone with a brain knew that Trumpers LOVE AMERICA and they were not out to destroy our country. We needed no looking after because we police our own.
