The goal is disorder. So many social changes have that as the real goal. You don't expect the perpetrators to try to sell the "new way" based on the real mission though. It's always for some imaginary noble cause.

I was picked to escort an Airman to the mental health clinic or "shrink." She was very good looking with long dark hair and an Olivia Wilde look. Get your mind out of the gutter, I was already married to a trophy wife when I enlisted. I had to make the Airman half step all the way to the clinic. When we got away from everyone I asked her what happened. She warned me not to talk to her or I would get into trouble.
I was told later that she was arrested for pulling tricks with two permanent party ambulance med techs after hours in the empty parking lot of the Confidence Course. The reason she was caught was that she took their wallets. They had to turn her in to get their military IDs back. As she had not even made it through training she was immediately sent from CC to separation the next week. I suspect she had done that on purpose just to break her enlistment contract.
That's my sex in the military story.

I remember a female IG, and she says she no longer believes any rape stories of women in the military.
You have the plain vanilla girl who is confused about what she wants, and depending on how she feels, the guy gets either 20 years and things are very bad, or everything is forgotten and it actually was her fault, she feels. Like, was it rape or not? There is no in between, but they do not know apparently... except when it is political, who knows. I mean, it is hard time for the guy in the balance, make up your mind!
Stories out there of women who sought ought an officer or a superior in order to do less work or get rank, and then accusations of rape.
Others are plain hysterics who do not want to look like a prostitute when she is caught by her religious family or professional standing, and they are persuaded it is the other party having feelings and coming on to them.
Stories of women asking for help and then recanting and attacking her own advocate when her love dispute with the commander is solved with the commander having feelings for her etc... making advocates and people helping her like rabid politicos who have an ax to grind, the whole scenario flipp flopped.
Others who get “raped “ but then keep volunteering back on extra duty when obviously they do not need to, have family support structure and enough money but go back to the scene to be attacked, not merely called up but insisting on coming back there when not even asked etc...
That is the last connection to my Dad's old outfit, the Thunderbirds, the 45th Infantry Division (WW2 & Korea). No military is made of angels so that news is hard but what I expected when I saw Oklahoma ANG.
There's way, WAY more to the story than what's being reported, and mom's bucking for a payout from the DOD.
If the supervisor in Kuwait was senior in rank to her and had sex with her he best get ready for Levenworth because this is all going to blow up now.
All units I have been in have a zero tolerance no BS policy for this now days. Her CDR and 1SG are probably done as well.
