Having lived there twice and speaking the language I can tell y’all, th German media has long been as biased and crooked as the American MSM has become. In Germany the elites really are in charge of everything - like they would like to be in America. Big business, the media, the government bureaucracy and the leaders of the main political parties are all in bed with each other.
ANYBODY who challenges or even dares question the Establishment or any of the policies they advocate is immediately dubbed “far right” , called a Nazi, compared to Hitler, and accused of “wanting to drag us all back to the trenches”. Yes, they really are that shrill about it.
The media is so in the Establishment’s pocket that for weeks they collectively refused to even report on the muslim mass rapes during the traditional new year said celebrations in Cologne.
