The path into the parallel world follows rural roads snaking through the hills of Baden-Wurttemberg to a house located on the edge of a village with a bright white façade, well-swept driveway and carefully trimmed lawn. The conspiracy has long since eaten its way into the southern German idyll. A friendly man opens the door muscular, burly, he does a lot of lifting. It was not easy to set up a meeting. He has a deep aversion to journalists and other members of a supposed elite, whom he believes are covering up a worldwide plot to oppress humanity. [ ]
Martin Schmidt is part of a growing number of QAnon sympathizers, one of tens of thousands in Germany. Followers of this right-wing conspiracy theory are convinced that an influential group of Satanist pedophiles is kidnapping boys and girls and using their blood to produce a drug. They believe that the coronavirus was developed in a Chinese lab possibly with the help of Barack Obama in order to hurt Donald Trump and prevent his reelection, a claim that is as absurd as it is false. And they believe Donald Trump is a hero fighting against the deep state, and that he wants to protect the world from the demonic group. He is trying to save humanity, says Schmidt. He will take away the elites power. [ ]
QAnons followers spread disturbingly familiar themes: a supposed conspiracy of rich elites, including many Jewish businesspeople, targeting the rest of the world; a supposed group of corrupt left-wing politicians infiltrating democracies; journalists who spread propaganda as accomplices to the powerful. These centuries-old fictions from the right-wing, anti-Semitic fringe have been spread into the international public sphere via 21st-century media part Dreyfus Affair, part Dan Brown.

And nothing they say about Qanon is anything Ive ever heard about them. Der Spiegel is trying to characterize them as Stormfront-like.
Even more dangerous than this cult?
Yeah, I hate how those QAnons have looted, destroyed and burned down America’s cities!
So QAnon is more dangerous than the Communist Party, neo-Nazis, the Mafia, the Triads, the PLO, the Weather Underground, Scientology, Al Qaeda, ISIS, MS-13, Antifa. . .the headline is so hysterically over-the-top as to be cultish in its own right.
Im a QAnon.
Are you terrified?

Plus, that article is all lies.

They never explain how it’s dangerous, much less the most dangerous of all time.
They’re against it so because it mobilizes people for Trump who might otherwise not vote.
It also shines light into places they’d rather keep under cover of darkness
The same QAnon that believe Jeff Sessions is the Savior?
I don’t even know what Qanon is, but what Der Spiegel seems to be saying is that if we don’t treat the scroungers and schemers in government with worshipful reverence, that’s the most dangerous thing in the world. I wonder what the weather is like on Der Spiegel’s home planet somewhere in the dark reaches of a galaxy far, far away.
No plan survives contact with the enemy un-molested.
The whole story on Sessions is one we look forward to learning.

QAnons followers spread disturbingly familiar themes: a supposed conspiracy of rich elites, including many Jewish businesspeople, targeting the rest of the worldI have never heard a single QAnon follower talk about any such things. Stormfronters, all the time.
These guys can stoke interest like Tom Sawyer could whitewash a fence.
Even if you had no Q interest whatsoever, who doesnt want to learn about the most dangerous cult of our time? (The demonrat party)
wait a second as a Q anon fallower I am allowed to get off my computer and destroy the community I live in or travel to some one else’s and destroy there community...This is a little more of a commitment to illegal behavior then I am comfortable with. I only fallow the posts so I have an idea of what illegal behavior is happening in government. I did not join to compete with politicians in the commitment of felonies....
[ The same QAnon that believe Jeff Sessions is the Savior? ]
If they really wanted to be effective at destroying Q they would lead with that or something like this:
“The Q-irky movement that is wasting people’s time with silly riddles and nonsense instead of advocating for actual action”
No...
Q is onto to something if these pieces of shit on the hill and in the Media’s ivory towers are fearing it.
Not meaning this as an insult to anyone, but I consider it a joke - actually - more of an ongoing prank - it gives me a giggle.
That’s why things like the article here are extra funny to me, it’s like railing against a person doing the OK sign because it _really_ means he’s doing a white power salute. Super silly stuff!
Just for the record, if one watched German public TV news last night (ARD), they did a big pro-Soros spread on the 9:45 PM news.
A lot of propaganda-value generated over the last 30 days of this election...even beyond US shores.
QAnon is just a bunch of lefties who figured out a way manipulate people they disagree with. And make the conservative look stupid.
[ QAnons followers spread disturbingly familiar themes: a supposed conspiracy of rich elites, including many Jewish businesspeople, targeting the rest of the world
I have never heard a single QAnon follower talk about any such things. Stormfronters, all the time.
But this screed is what we get when ten Der Spiegel screedwriters get together. ]
The moron writers confuse this:
with the plethora of “Interpreters of Q who have an agenda” out there.
Oh and the only references to “jew” in Q drops are two, one is in a biography and the other is a history lesson about how dangerous anti-fa is.
If the media did their work, there would be no need for Q in the first damned place.
