Rubber Duck
10-4 big man what’s your 20?
“What’s the Frequency,
Kenneth?”
That is the first time I saw this picture. When Convoy came to the cinema I watched it two times in a row and it was good.
Good memories of a different time.
Global muslim terrorism wasn’t really a thing...everyone didn’t have a nose buried in their cell phones, people smoked cigarettes without a blindfold and a firing squad...well, I didn’t smoke so I don’t really miss that...:)
Different times.
How many songs do they base a movie on?
Good memories of a different time.
Ended up a theology professor.
The Road Not Taken-—Eighteen Wheels and a Dozen Roses.
I don’t smoke, but I can’t stand virtue signalers. Espescially those against smoking and for pot.
I am still thinking about the Convoy. You know Kris said the girl doesn’t wear panties. So what was she wearing? People want to know!
I like Pete Droge. He puts humor into these things. Sad that he never made it to the top.

Never heard of him, but that’s a cool song and video!
“Good memories of a different time.”

Kids today don’t know what they’re missing.
And we STILL had the Carter Years in front of us, and Energy Crisis II.
Awesome!
For years I thought this was a Johnny Cash-related song.
If you read the history of the bloke that put Convoy together, youll be surprised. And danged if it isnt a great classic song.
That is really excellent. I hope they toured with The Rev. somewhere in history.
Here’s another take on the hated double-nickel...

You young folks probably don’t know the original lyrics.
“Eleven long haired friends of Jesus in a chartreuse micro bus.”
