In an exclusive interview with the Washington Examiner, conservative commentator and author Ann Coulter shared her thoughts on the current political environment, including topics ranging from President Trump and the Republican National Committee to the Democratic presidential hopefuls.
Coulter began by slamming Trump for failing to fulfill his campaign promise of building a wall on the southern border.
[Trump] deserves to lose. We dont deserve a Democrat though, Coulter said before adding that she has repeatedly told Trump that he does not need Congress to build the wall. When asked what she is most satisfied with about the Trump presidency, Coulter said the tweeting is great.
Coulter, a former Trump supporter, recently became disenchanted with the Trump administration. She blames this in part on a saboteur in the administration who she says has prevented hard-line immigration hawks such as Kris Kobach from serving in the administration.

Coulter sells books first ....her politics shift according to what she wants to sell in her latest book.
Coulter really, really wanted Romney for president. That’s all you need to know.
That’s very true.....her light went out pretty fast.
That’s very true.....her light went out pretty fast.
Ive always liked Coulters writing, but why the hostility to Trump?
Ive never heard her criticize loser/traitor Romney.
Criticizing Romney isn’t going to get her TV appearances. She’s a self interested chattering class nattering nabob of negativity.
Ann’s number one issue is immigration.
Because - when you get out voted in a democracy - nothing else matters.
Ann’s number one issue is Ann.
The GOP has lied to us for 30 years about immigration. When is the last time she carpet bombed the GOPe on that? Never. Instead, she’s had a years long love affair with progressive “Republican” Romney.
It's going to be one or the other, Anne. Choose.
Where do you get that 500K figure from?
No I don't, the love ended a long time ago........
She's nothing more than a paid attention whore now.............
Writers write. Most writers are just that - writers - because they aren't that good at other stuff.
And they accuse President Trump of having a big ego...
Can't they both have big egos?
I get it. Ann Coulter wants attention. Some times she wants it so bad that it's counterproductive. But she was always that way.
I'm not a "Grand standing blowhard", I'm just a participant on an internet forum that is fed up with the skinny bitch and her grandstanding bravado that is only designed to give her face time to sell her lame books......
I'm curious, maybe you can help me out here. Just what does Ann Coulter do for a living other than appearing on Fox to push the sales of her lame books?
Coulter’s comments on deporting Dreamers before felons and on African Americans are pushing America around is more than a bit over the top. And why did the reporter not explain to Coulter that the wall is going up as we speak and get Coulter’s reaction.
I think Coulter and Mouch are bat sh!t crazy.
It’s too bad Trump gave these people opportunity, who turned out to be some of his worst enemies.
Since you're obviously not a retard, who do you recommend we vote for if not Trump?
Honest question coming from a Trump supporting "retard".............
This is the estimated sales of bumpstocks. I have good reason to believe its actually much higher than that and thus will be much worse come election time. This is also the best case where only actual owners of bumpstocks do not vote for President Trump. Again unlikely, some single issue 2nd amendment voters who do not own bump stocks will likely not vote as well because of the nonsensical ban. If you are a bumpstock owner you certainly voted for trump in 2016 but today you are either a felon or you turned in value personal property and the liberty of enjoying that property for zero compensation. Those people will NOT be voting for president trump. more than likely they just won’t vote. So while some think this ban went largely unnoticed thats only because the political price of that ban has yet to be paid.
I disagree.
The GOP immigration revolt started right here at Free Republic in 2005, when Bush tried to push Amnesty down our throats after we reelected him.
Ann has been front and center on immigration ever since.
As to Romney, Ann supported him because Romney was the number one GOP immigration hawk during the 2012 primary season. He supported Universal E-Verify and got viciously attacked for saying that illegal immigrants would “self-deport” when there were no more jobs.
Romney went squishy on immigration during the 2012 general election.
By 2015, Romney pulled a 180, and he was publicly criticizing Trump for supporting the same immigration hawk policies that Romney had supported in 2012.
In the end, Romney - who I believed and Ann believed - turned out to be an immigration dove and a liar.
Trump - who I never believed - turned out to be an immigration quadriplegic.

Nonsense. President Trump has sent many funding requests to Congress on immigration. And what does he get back? Garbage. He declared a national emergency. What did he get? Opposition from Romney.
Here is Coulter supporting Romney post 2012 (2015!):

Honesty, when I read garbage like you write I think POTUS should just ride back up that escalator and leave the country at the mercy of the Uniparty. We don’t deserve him.
I’m glad she briefly came around on Trump, but in 2011 I will never forget her speech at CPAC where she endorsed Minion Romney when MANY other good conservatives were running.
Is this another push for Romney .... /s
You mean “maliciously comply” with their rules. ;-D
