House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff said special counsel Robert Mueller would be making a “mistake” if President Trump isn't brought in to testify under oath for the federal investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and possible collusion between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin.
Speaking to Chuck Todd on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Schiff, D-Calif., said that he hopes Mueller subpoenas Trump or finds a way to get him in front of a grand jury. Mueller hasn’t done so yet, and reports indicate that his efforts are winding down and a final report may soon be incoming to the Justice Department.
“Yes, I think it is a mistake, and I’ve said it all along that I don’t think Bob Mueller should rely on written answers," Schiff said. "When you get written answers from a witness it’s really the lawyer’s answers as much as the client’s answer.”

Such testimony is not necessary as only Obama Administration officials committed any real criminal acts.
My high school classmate is clearly angling to maneuver President Trump into a perjury trap or other process “crime.”
He dishonors our school.
Pretty much admitting the only hope of prosecution lies in a process crimes.

Hey Schiff-face, if Mueller couldn’t find any evidence of “collusion” after two years, the only reason to question the President under oath is to hope for a perjury trap.
I expect Trump has “Friends in Low Places” who will help him out in the future.

There is no predicate crime to permit the courts to enforce a subpoena against President Trump. and even Congressman Schiff must realize that.
The fact that there is no crime for which the President is a suspect being investigated by Mr. Mueller has left Mr. Mueller on very thin ice, and Congressman Schiff obviously knows that.
I’m sure Bob Mueller is pleased getting legal advice from a two-bit, lying drama queen.

Yet when the Obama FBI questioned Hillary about her emails, they didn’t put her under oath or even bother to record interview.
Schiff is apoplectic that he might have to actually impeach to prove himself a fool.
He’s so far out on a limb he cannot return.
He knows impeachment will be a disaster for the party, but retreat would be enormous personal humiliation.
It’s a “stupid commie catch 22”.
Maybe we should Ask Linda in the Senate Judiciary to Subpoena Shiff to testify under Oath about his meeting with Glenn Simpson and the Coaching of Cohen the Rat before his Testimony??
All I have to go on is the yearbook picture, since I don’t actually remember him. We didn’t engage in any of the same activities, since I was academically inclined and he was practicing politics even then. He was not quite as bug-eyed then.
What with his coaching of Cohen, and his leaking of classified material, it is high time to put that POS under oath.
