There is a term used in Great Britain, mostly in the urban areas, used for a really distasteful thing of a woman...slag, I believe it is.

Playboy needs the publicity these days even more than she does.
Those Playboy photos are more like paintings. I heard that they use pictures of body parts from different women, cut and paste, and plenty of air brushing. A photo is then taken of the air brushed picture. They could make me look like a geriatric stud.
