Don’t know what the Sheriff’s criteria are, but I had heard that the FBI, at least at one point, did’t classify Hispanics separately if they were perpetrators. They would be listed as white. But if they were victims, maybe they would sometimes list them as Hispanic?

There was a post or comment on FreeRepublic years ago which mentioned this. I looked it up and sure enough...if victim is hispanic the label is hispanic. If hispanic perp is hispanic the label is white.

Abraham Quintanilla is the brother of the late singer Selena Quintanilla. He is wanted for the non-payment of child support and contempt of court. Abraham has 8 kids.
He was found in contempt of court in 2015 for not paying child support and ordered to pay $36,809, including interest. Over a four-year period, the court found that Quintanilla made only 10 payments. He currently owes more then $87,000.
