Obama chose the % and voluntarily, unilaterally, committed to cripple our economy and throw millions of Americans into poverty to achieve this meaningless goal...to lower temperature by 0.2 degrees (if you believe their false models)

This global warming hysteria always cracks me up. Too many people have become ignorant, naive, and stupid to realize the insignificance of it all. CO2 is only 400 parts per million of the total atmosphere, or 4/100th of a percent. The CO2 released by coal, oil and gas is less than 1% of the total CO2 in the atmosphere. This means that the Paris Agreement only addresses less than 4/10,000th of 1% of the total atmosphere. Nothing from nothing is still nothing.
