Just said the same, they do not pay taxes unless they have stolen someones identity which is another crime the have done.
So they come here and break the law. They then do not pay tax which again is breaking the law.
If they are paying taxes then they have committed ID theft which means they have broken the law.
Either way they have broken the law at least twice and been a burden on this country.
