Questions that were "off limits" dealt with the procedure used to produce (archived) email. Tension surrounding the criminal probe into records of purposefully gross mishandling of power and critical American intelligence information. FBI, will depose Sec. After the Congolese government attempted to regain control of its own mines, the State Department intervened on behalf of Lundin Mining and another mining company, Freeport Mines, also a Clinton foundation donor.
A round of talks in 2010, thought to be aided by the Clinton State Department, concluded with the pair of well- connected companies (Clinton Foundation donors) retaining their stakes in the mines and with the Congolese government being shut out of its own resources. A key aide of Hillary Clinton emailed classified information about the government in Congo to a staffer at the Clinton Foundation in 2012, according to a copy of the correspondence obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.
Cheryl Mills, Clinton/s chief of staff at the State Department, sent the email to the Clinton Foundation’s foreign policy director, Amitabh Desai, on July 12, 2012.
The message, which was originally obtained by the group Citizens United through a public records request, is partially redacted because it includes foreign government information that has been classified Confidential by the State Department......but was not marked classified by the State Department until this past summer.
Intelligence sources tell the Free Beacon that it would have been classified at the time Mills sent it because foreign government information is considered classified from inception.
The message could add to concerns from congressional and FBI investigators about whether former Secretary Clinton and her aides mishandled classified information while at the State Department.
About half of the forwarded message was redacted due to its classified nature before the State Department released it to Citizens United last month.
Although it is not clear what the redacted section includes, the State Department said in a court motion filed last week that it concerns both foreign government information and critical aspects of U.S. foreign relations, including U.S. foreign activities carried out by officials of the U.S. Government.
The State Department added that the disclosure of this information has the potential to damage and inject friction into our bilateral relationship with African countries whose cooperation is important to U.S. national security.
The Clinton Foundation and the State Department did not respond to request for comment about the email, or say whether Desai...a non-government employee who has worked at the foundation since 2007....would have been authorized to view Confidential information.

Alana Goodman of the Washington Free Beacon details how Cheryl Mills, Hillary Clinton’s longtime underling, apparently collected a paycheck from New York University at the same time she was serving as Chief of Staff of the State Department.
According to the article: After joining the State Department in the beginning of 2009, Mills continued to serve as general counsel for New York University for several months. She also sat on the board of the “NYU in Abu Dhabi Corporation,” the fundraising arm for the university’s UAE satellite campus. The school is bankrolled by the Abu Dhabi government and has been criticized by NYU professors and human rights activists for alleged labor abuses.
The UAE is a major funder of the Clinton Foundation, on whose board Mills sat. The article quotes NLPC Chairman Ken Boehm:
“Federal of conflict interest statutes are very strict, and they want to ensure that federal employees, especially very senior special employees like Cheryl Mills, do not have any conflicts of interest in any matter that they have a hand in,” said Boehm. “Given her position, the dual position of counselor and chief of staff, presumably she would have access to almost any decision of importance that came out of the State Department.”

Why were they interviewing Mills in the first place if the emails were off limits?
Was there another reason for the interview besides server-gate?
It has never been adequately explained how these two statements can be reconciled without there being some criminal activity in the process:
1. Hillary said she never received or sent email on her personal server that was marked classified at the time.
2. The FBI has said that they have recovered 1,000’s of emails containing classified information from Hillary’s server. Info that should never have traveled outside the secure state dept. server.
Some method of stripping the classified headings (inc. summarizing, cutting/pasting, etc.) from the documents before they were sent to Hillary’s server was done and that is criminal activity . Who instructed it to be done, who did it, why it was done, and how it was done are under the purview of the FBI investigation and have not been revealed publicly. There’s been plenty of speculation, some of which no doubt is on target.
Recall how Petraeus and Broadwood did it. They had a shared email account and left emails for each other in the Draft box of the email account. The emails were never sent or received.
Devious people always think themselves much cleverer than the last doofus who got caught.

Milols is a lawyer who brought HER lawyer to a simple meeting. She is a criminal, and a thorough audit will expose her in no time.

Other evidence surfaced that the Clinton and her mob did not sign off on exit papers required when you leave govt office.
That means they are probably still receiving classified info.....which they rely on to make a buck.

Add some more absurdities to the two you mentioned:
1) Hillary is telling us that as SoS, where she exclusively used her personal email account to communicate, she never once received or sent anything "important" enough to be classified. In essence, that is an abject declaration and confession to rank incompetence. Nothing less.
2) She used a personal Blackberry that any foreign intelligence agency could eavesdrop on with a Stingray or similar cell tower simulator.
3) The Blackberry is a radio that sends out signals to the nearest cell tower or terrorist. In effect Hillary was carrying a tracking device that any one with the desire to could have used to track her whereabouts.
4) Blackberry data used to all travel over the Research In Motion (RIM) data network unless your company had a Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). Wonder if the FBI has gone down that path to see what data might be found?
Be patient, they're all coming. In fact, Trump is coming, and he's bringing Hell with him (if you're Hillary, that is...).
