Shrimpton reported Obama's purported mom was not pregnant in 1961 and that Obama was born in Kenya in 1960. He said Kenya was under British intelligence files and that Obama's father ran guns for the Mau Mau. He then dropped a bombshell claiming the CIA did covert DNA testing on Obama at a fundraising dinner and the test came back with no match to the claimed grandparents. Shrimpton said Rudy Giuliani's people knew and sat on the intelligence and further stated he spoke with Hillary Clinton's people and that they were quite interested.

Sheriff Arpaio has gone out of his way to state that the privately funded CCP investigation only targets those who forged Barry’s BC and doesn’t target Barry. This is obviously disingenuous of the Sheriff(as much as I admire him).
Zullo’s claim that Arpaio’s publicly funded deputies are criminally investigating “Universe Shattering” crimes would seem to require some involvement of Barry as a perp, but could involve a conspiracy of those who put Barry in office.
In this comment #411 please note that Shrimpton AFFIRMS Sheriff Arpaio’s investigations:

He then surprisingly cast his vote FOR the obamaScare. Then you had the shooting of Bill Gwatney getting Bill Clinton castrated and in lock-step as being the first "Birther." Then you, and they, saw what happened to Andrew Breitbart and recently with Hawaiian Fuddy. On that date, 01/14-2009, everybody became "impotent" (also the Race Card) even the CONSERVATIVE media including FAUX news, the military AWOL dared not say a peep of something close to NBC or Article II. There is a self-serving entry in the Honolulu Advertiser, which again takes the case no further, since it has always been clear that the ‘parents’ were claiming the birth of a baby boy named Barack in Honolulu on 4th August 1961. The address in that advertisement was not real however, an odd feature.
Don't know whether Shrimpton means that the address in the birth announcement didn't exist at all, or whether it did exist but it was neither that of Obama Sr. nor Stanley Ann Dunham Obama.
Furthermore (although a seemingly a minor point since the two birth announcement lists appeared to be virtually identical and were supposedly supplied by the same Health Dept.), why does he neglect to mention the other birth notice in the other Honolulu newspaper at the time, the Honolulu Star?

The plain meaning would be that the address didn’t exist or was, perhaps lacking a domicile on it.
Shrimpton talks as though all of his information is hearsay from intelligence officers willing to leak to him and that he has not seen any primary documents, which would have been likely to have been illegal for those who would have shown the document to him.
So Shrimpton’s claims would only be as good as his memory of what was told to him and as good as the research as of Feb 2008 of those telling him.
Without more documents being released or more primary witnesses coming forward I am simply not able to judge whether Shrimpton’s claims are 100% accurate, 100% made up, or somewhere in between.

Its hard to put any trust into the CIA due to countless assertions of corruption or at the very lest playing fast and loose.
My guess is the poppy fields of Afghanistan are still producing high grade drugs after all these years we have been there. That should tell everyone something.
