Rossi, if he really did develop this tech, has some of the worst business and legal advisors on the planet. Why? Oh and a follow up: I’m not kidding. That said, Rossi either is a complete fraud or he really does have the worst business and legal advisors on the planet. At this point, I predict #1. But that says nothing about LENR in general.

Believe it or not, we're on the same side. For some reason, though, you got upset when I brought up Rossi's (good? bad? dunno) influence on this research. I think you must have misinterpreted something I said.

Actually not. This technique, although LENR related, has pretty much nothing in common with Rossi's devices.
Do you think it just might be because he sees through your blatant effort to highjack the thread into being "all about Rossi" instead of the technique posted??

Again, doesn't apply to LENR. "Maybe" applies to Rossi, but certainly not to the other researchers in the field of LENR. THE single proven instance of fraud in LENR research (fraud by Rossi is suspected, not proved) was perpetrated by an unknown party in the MIT physics department who CHANGED THE REPORTED DATA of their "CF Debunking experiment" to show no excess heat, when in fact the full data set "does" show excess heat.
Please,then, by all means explain how this effect has been replicated 14,700 times.
