Rossi, if he really did develop this tech, has some of the worst business and legal advisors on the planet. Why? Because good ones would have (1) gotten this tech disseminated to the universe, all details of it, and (2) made him a gazillionaire in the process who could buy and sell Bill Gates with pocket change.
It just isn’t that hard.
