You make it sound like it is. Seriously. People aren't dying in the streets over Obama’s eligibility, but they will if he's removed from office. Some people may want a civil war. I don't. We really, really need to peacefully resolve America's growing political and cultural divisions. Violence should (must!) be avoided until there is no other recourse.

Truthers are never going to see President Obama removed from office (over eligibility). There's no tool to do that. Courts can't remove a sitting president. Congress could, but it won't. That's reality. Sorry.

I know that you've already received a fair amount of grief over your #11 comments especially, but in deciding whether or not it's "worth it" to go after these criminals and make every effort to expose their crimes at every opportunity, consider:

These grifters have posted this piece of garbage on our taxpayer-funded WH computer servers. So what we have here is the use of government office and equipment in the commission and furtherance of serious felonies, up to and possibly including theft of office through usurpation despite ineligibility.

At a minimum, we the citizenry should be able to have some degree of certainty as to whether or not 20th Amendment Section 3 has been satisfied, and if so, how and verified by whom, and with access to any proofs offered. Right is right; the constitution and the Rule of Law matter, else all else is moot.

That statement is a blatant lie sir. Impeachment is EXPRESSLY for that purpose. You've made it clear you don't think the evidence is sufficient for impeachment but evidence or no, the process does indeed exist! Impeachment by both Houses can and should result in a sitting President's removal.

FYI, It’s this mentality that got us where we are today. That’s reality. Sorry...

I regard “civil war” talk as childish, and harbor no hope that Obama will be removed from office over eligibility, identity fraud or anything else.

But every piece of evidence developed about Obama’s lies about his identity, his fake birth certificates, fake SSN’s, etc., brings us closer to the day when just maybe something pops out and the wheels of Obama’s credibility come off for all to see. That would reduce his ability to force tax increases, massive deficit spending, gun bans, amnesty schemes, etc. on a weakminded Congress and leaderless GOP. Will we get there? Who knows. How exactly does the “giving up” strategy work?
