What the Court did not do on its last day in session, I will do on my first day if elected President of the United States and that is I will act to repeal Obamacare."
"Well, I'm not getting rid of all of healthcare reform,...Of course there are a number of things that I like in healthcare reform that I'm going to put in place...one is to make sure that those with pre-existing conditions can get coverage."
0bama had the democrats ram this bitter legislation (or tax) down our throats and now Romney tells us he's giving us seconds?
This ONE thing means he's not getting my vote. Let 0bama finish trashing Amerika with 4 more years.
One more politician, one lie too many.
It is the nation I care about, not the GOP-E.
I could not have made that more clear. It was the poster I responded to that cared about “sending a message” to the GOP-E.
If your central issue is indedd the “defeat of liberalism”, you can start by making your vote count against the biggest liberal of all: Barack Obama.
But then, that would screw up your whole moral construct.
I am absolutely fascinated by your apparent mind reading abilities.
obama is a liberal, Romney is a liberal.
I am apposed to liberalism.
My vote will count.
The only votes not counted are the ones not cast.
Of the two parties to this discussion, I am not the liar
Mittens is not my candidate - I'm a conservative.
Then I guess you get Obama.
Wrong - I get the Constitution Party.
Again, I never said you lied.
All I did was ask how you square your hope that Romney is going to repeal obamacare with what he is saying now.
How hard is that to understand?
Nobody will ever get The Constitution Party. What a waste of perfectly good Democrat enablers.
With enough Constitution Party votes, the GOP may get the message - which would be, "We're off the GOP-e plantation."
With enough Constitution Party votes, Obama will win...then it’s goodbye America
There is no problem. The repeal is a sure thing if the House and the senate and Romney are all in place. All have said they will repeal. The House has voted on it over and over.
You are certainly left out in the cold by cling to ridiculous arguments that are effectively lies.
(((eye roll)))
LOL! Such gobbledygook. My fear is of God, not of making a decision for the benefit of my country. It is the most logical thing in the world to respect God first. He runs the table, despite the fondest wishes of the left. Why should I defy Him? So that good will come of it? Adopting a belief that the ends justifies the means would turn me into a leftist. I would rather die. It’s not about some abstract “purity.” That’s a clever red herring but it won’t work. I love God. I simply cannot choose what God forbids. You may recall we got into this condition of human misery because our first parents were only too eager to be decisive about believing the serpent rather than trusting God. Look where that “decisiveness” has got us.
Got it.
You are too heavenly minded to be of any earthly good.
Keep looking for the perfect solution to the perfect problem. I think Diiogenes has a spare lamp for you.
God raises leaders and He makes them fall.
He has also been known to use ungodly leaders to either chastise His people or to save them from oppression.
You can argue the moral superiority of your stand, but the choic
Ce before you remains.
Will you work against evil staring you in the face, or will you rationalize inaction or acquiescence?
In 40 years of voting I have never seen a more pressing moral choice to be made between the two leading candidates, so it is a bit incredulous to see the moral posturing of those who would rather punt than make a choice.
To each his own.
All votes can be counted, but only some votes will count.
You don’t need to be a mind reader to figure that out.
Every vote cast, will be counted, not really sure how you do not know that.
I will not vote for liberalism, it’s that simple, sorry if you have a problem with that.
With enough Constitution Party votes, Obama will win...then its goodbye America
We need to hit the sweet spot: not enough for the GOP to lose, but enough to make them sweat. If the RINOs take permanent ownership of the GOP, then its goodbye America.
Shrug. Like my dad used to say, you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink. I’ve been voting for about as long as you. If my elder brother and my dad were alive to see the choices we now have before us, they wouldn’t be able to rationalize voting for either of these losers either. It’s amazing the stink you can get used to over time. Suit yourself.
BTW, yes, God raises up kings and takes them down. But unlike Romney, I have no desire to be God. I have the choice before me of relying on God, or putting my trust in an enemy of God. This really is a no brainer, and like you, I am shocked to see all the swaggering of moral superiority by those who think the only way to save the country is to throw away the principles that make the country worth saving. I never thought I’d see it. And if we all have to start wearing 666 to save the country, will that finally be a bridge too far for you? I can just imagine the threads. But I am glad my late parents and my brother are not here to see this. They were truly from a different time.
Dumbest effing comment on FR this month!!
You may not care, but I do ...for my kid's sake, and my grand-kid's sake.
We are at the tipping point. There's no four more years as if we can just get serious in 2016 and reverse the damage.
Only one thing on my mind these days - Get rid of Obama now!
Stop and think for a moment. How many Obama voters would consider voting for the Constitution Party? How many conservatives might find the Constitution Party attractive? So, from whom do you think the Constitution Party will get its votes? Keep in mind, this election will have a winner, but there is no way it will be the Constitution Party!
A vote for the Constitution Party is a vote for a second Obama Regime.
