He signed a nondisclosure agreement. Does he or his attorney get to decide what he should or should not disclose? Is that in his agreement?

I read a law many years ago, it was to the affect that a contract or agreement did not change the law.

Well heck , the (shoot an un-armed man down) isn’t a Seal concept.

Snips hit on spotter spots (Ruby Ridge & kill by command).

Gentle Ben Lodin is a south Saudi (Arab) hard ass with lots of relatives, friends and cronies.

Im not a grunt but pretty close to it. How come we to kill the unholey grail of 911, with no SQEEZ, no question & questions asked???

ToraBora aint all caves. Americans aint all that easy.

whob have not but for the wind and 0.

I missed every thing after Well heck,.

Since when does the USA Military participate in an Islamic burial and at the same time order our military chaplains to refrain from Christian services?

Ans: Since a born and raised muslim became president of the USA.

Is the non-disclosure agreement similar to having a security clearance?

Legally they only have to prove he violated his non-disclosure agreement and released classified info. ANY classified info, even stuff that’s already been reported elsewhere.

Stinks, but that’s how it works.

"After all, when the COMMANDER IN CHIEF LEAKS INFORMATION he absolutely betrays his oath of office."

How can a Usurper violate the oath of office?

Those that serve the Usurper are the ones in violation of their sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.

It doesn’t matter what else has been leaked or by whom. If this guy told anything that was covered by the non-disclosure agreement, then he committed a crime and can be prosecuted for it.

That’s the legal reality. I am expressing no opinion for or against the guy.

Can you translate your post 16?

I cannot get your point, even after reading it a few times.

I am not making fun, I would like to know what you are trying to say.

0bama’s goal...diminish. the US Military. I’ve never seen such divisiveness in the US Armed forces as I have under his term. This is what happens when the troops have no faith that their CIC has their back or believes in their mission.

“Snips hit on spotter spots”

A sniper team is two people.

The sniper and the spotter. The scope for the spotter is more powerful than that on the sniper rifle. The spotter spots the target.

Given the information that the WH has leaked, would you like to be the lawyer that tries to prove that the info in the book is more or damaging? There will shortly be a movie out that was based on info supplied by the WH,DOD and CIA.

That's all irrelevant. Legally, the president has full classification and declassification authority; he can declassify whatever information he wishes to whenever he wishes to.

A Navy SEAL does not have declassification authority.

A President can simply say anything he wants publicly about US covert operations (operations that could and probably have put American operatives’ lives in jeopardy) and NOTHING can be done? His oath when he took office to protect and defend the United States of America has no real binding authority? The president can MURDER at will when it comes to our military? Is this true?

UCAC, “Does any of that make sense?”

Well now that you mention it, no. None whatsoever.

Thanks Rab.
