I think they ought to set up a cultural exchange program with Intercourse, PA.
(And of course, a joint University. "Intercourse Academy" as the satellite school to good old F. U. The -- wait for it -- alma mater -- which would make the graduates of that prestigious institutions M.F.'ers...)
