Not just ‘the media’, there is a small army of obamanoids working sites like FR to squelch even the discussions of the items on the fraudulent thing. On this very thread there are at least two working hard to foment anger nad ill-tempered responses to the clear obfuscatory crap their spewing at every factual post. We had a couple of such zotted a while back, but many remain active.

The “birther” thing is over. To go back to bizarre and tortured retro-interpretations of extra-legal opinions does NOT help Conservatives. To suggest that the released form is some sort of TANG thing accomplishes nothing.

I do this for my love of Conservatism and my very real care for FR. Now, of all times, we can NOT look like wing-nuts. We need to look like iron-eyed people who have solid Conservative principles that won’t let peripheral issue distract us from what we need to do — get a REAL Conservative President elected (even if you don’t agree it is Mr. Cain) AND get the Congress on board with Tea Party values And NOT squander it this time.
You're right. Whenever a birth certificate thread is posted, at least one person shows up to start a fight over the meaning 'Natural Born Citizen'. It's intentional and it's designed to keep people busy arguing rather than discussing the birth certificate. The best strategy is just to ignore them.
I've seen such posts but I just chalked up most of them to the diversity of opinion that exists among conservatives which often manifests itself with a vengeance on FR. Some may sincerely think we are just wasting our time on that now-blunted (unfortunately) issue while the Obamination's defects present such a huge target.
