The proper time and forum would have been before he was POTUS and at the Supreme Court so that there couldn't be any hanky panky.

I have to say this sounds like a setup. These days, I don't trust a BC released so late by an eager new governor with connections to Obama shortly after Obama spent a "vacation" there. I know it sounds like tinfoil hat stuff, but I don't trust these guys. Add in the fact that Chrissy Matthews just asked him to release it, and it sounds like the fix is in.
