The framers instituted the government you want to overthrow. I'm asking you what you want to replace it with. Correct, but what did they do before that event???

And there you go answering my question with a question again.
It has become clear that you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. I’ll just finish this increasingly pointless exercise by pointing out three things.
1. No court is going to remove the President from office.
2. The tea parties are not going to overthrow the United States government by force. There will be no civil war, and there will be no coup.
3. The only way to fix the problem is through the ballot box. If you’d rather ignore the ballot box in favor of nonsensical birther litigation or a Quixotic quest to instigate a civil war, you have made yourself irrelevant.

No, the framers didn't institute the current government. We want to replace the current government with the government the founders instituted through the Constitution and for the same reasons they stated in the Declaration of Independence.
