Not being understood by the American people about their tax police force, known as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), was that it was created by in 1862 by President Abraham Lincoln whose Union Forces were going broke in their war against their Southern States who had succeeded from the United States thus forcing him to align himself with the great European banking houses as his Nation was going bankrupt. A new Federal Security Services (FSB) report prepared for President Medvedev is warning today that the recently passed healthcare law in the United States is a cleverly crafted “regime changer” that will soon unleash upon America over 50,000 heavily armed tax police tasked with brutally enforcing President Obama’s “master plan” to totally subjugate these once free people.
As part of the “agreement” Lincoln worked out with the Rothschild and Warburg banking families the IRS was created as a separate government agency within the US Treasury Department for the sole purpose of making sure these European banking behemoths were paid back what was borrowed, and after 1913 when they took total control over the American economy through their private Federal Reserve System have remained their “enforcers” over nearly all aspect of these peoples lives.
[Note: Upon the ending of the American Civil War, Lincoln attempted to break his agreement with the European banks who responded rather forcefully by putting a bullet in his head in 1865. Nearly a century later in 1963 they would do the same to President John F. Kennedy for his daring to oppose them too.]
[Note: When the European banking powers first suspected Lincoln was going to betray them they moved for a total takeover of the United States through its Southern States, a move however that was quickly thwarted when the Russian Empire came to his aid, and as we can read in document “1863-1864 Russian Fleet Expedition to North America”:
“This American expedition became a military demonstration by Russia during the U.S. Civil War. England and France advocated for the southern rebels. Russia held a friendly position in respect to the federal government in the North. It increased hostility toward Russia on the part of England and France, which strove for loosening its international influence. The Russian government decided to send two ship squadrons to the US to demonstrate support for the northerners, as well as to create a potential threat to marine communications of England and France in order to make them refuse assistance to the South States.
The Russian squadrons set out towards the coast of North America in the second half of 1863. The Atlantic squadron commanded by rear admiral S.S. Lesovskii (frigate "Aleksandr Nevsky", "Peresvet", "Osliabia", corvettes "Variag", "Vitiaz" and clipper "Almaz") departed from the Russian port of Kronshtadt and went to New York. Another squadron - Pacific - was commanded by rear admiral A.A. Popov (corvettes "Bogatyr", "Kalevala", "Rynda", "Novik", clippers "Abrek" and "Gaidamak").
They went from the ports of the Far East and set out to San Francisco. In September 1863, the squadron of Lesovskii arrived at the port of New York, and the squadron of Popov - to the port of San Francisco. The Russian squadrons stayed in these ports of North America and sailed near its West and East coasts until August 1864. Individual ships of the Atlantic squadron, which were based in New York, visited Baltimore, Annapolis, Hampton, the Caribbean sea, the gulf of Mexico, Cuba, Honduras, Havana, Jamaica, Curasao, Cartagena, Bermuda islands and Aspinwall.
The ships of the Pacific Ocean squadron had were based in San Francisco and went for practical sailing to Honolulu, the South hemisphere, Sitka and Vancouver. Russian navy seamen showed high naval skills, discipline and good organization during these voyages.
The Atlantic squadron returned to Russia late July. The Pacific squadron returned in August 1864. The appearance of the Russian squadrons off the coasts of America caused a great political reaction and forced England and France to change their positions in respect to Russia and the Northern states of America.”
Since its establishment the IRS has been noted for its being one of the most ruthless and corrupt organizations in America, and aside from its being used to terrorize the citizens of the United States has been the main “enforcement tool” of that Nations Presidents against their enemies.
And with Americas new healthcare law President Obama’s enemies are nearly the entire population of the United States, and which he is preparing to meet and subdue with his adding into this law a call for over 16,000 new IRS agents (added to the over 100,000 he already has at his service) who will soon be matched with the formidable weapons his government has already purchased for them with his taxpayers own money.

To the fears of the American people over Obama’s preparing to unleash his tax police forces upon them we can further read as reported by the Fox News Service:
“Broader IRS powers are being enacted despite the news that a growing number of states may mount potential court challenges based on the constitutionality of health reform’s insurance mandate, among other things (Click on EMac's January column: “Is Health Reform Unconstitutional?”). Florida, Alabama, Idaho, Nebraska, Virginia, Texas, Utah and Washington number among the states planning court challenges.
Some legal experts say this fight may reach the level of the US Supreme Court, as it centers on the US Constitution's interstate commerce clause. Congressional Democrats say they have the power to mandate that taxpayers must buy health insurance or pay a fine.
Even though legal experts say the US constitution does not force Americans to buy any good or service as a condition of being a citizen, and that the constitution does not let Congress regulate the act of doing nothing, meaning having to pay a fine if you don't buy insurance.
Also, despite the fact that health reform was largely enacted under the US constitution's interstate commerce clause, the insurance exchanges launched in the bill essentially do not let taxpayers buy health insurance across state lines, although the new law says states may merge their exchanges with neighboring states.
The IRS will now have the ability to issue seize tax refunds, assess penalties, and verify whether taxpayers' health insurance coverage is "acceptable," these Republicans say.
“One of the most troubling aspects of this new IRS authority is the newly granted power to collect additional taxes from Americans whose health insurance coverage is deemed to be insufficient to meet the definition of minimum coverage, as defined by federal bureaucrats, required to be purchased,” the House Republicans’ analysis says.
The report adds: “Disturbingly, the IRS would be in charge of verifying that every American taxpayer has obtained acceptable health coverage for every month of the year. If the IRS determines that a taxpayer lacks acceptable insurance for even a single month, then the IRS would impose a new tax on that taxpayer, even auditing the taxpayer and could assess interest and penalties on top of the tax.”
Even worse for these once free American people is the total and complete destruction of their way of life that is being prepared for them as we had reported on in our March 14 report “Obama Cabal Warned Preparing To ‘Fracture’ America”, but which all the evidence still shows they will not contest against.
History has long shown how quickly peoples such as those living in America today can have their freedom and liberties taken from them; and as Obama’s tax police begin sweeping across their once great country, perhaps they will remember who they really are before all is lost. After all, this is not even close to being a game…it doesn’t get more real than this…they’ll be finding that out to their horror much sooner than any of them can realize.

Folks always forget that the IRS doesn't make the rules, it's our congress that does that crap.
The IRS just enforces.
My oldest daughter’s best friend was an accounting major and now an auditor for the IRS. She’s in her late 20’s and actually participates in subpoena supported searches. A major part of her training is on the pistol range. She wears a suit, body armor and a pistol to her appointments.
