Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.

Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.

One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.

A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.

At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.

The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.

The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

Jerome Corsi and WND have claimed to have contacted doctor Helton Maganga back in August 2009 and asked him about the document. Others have contacted CPGH as well. Other people in Kenya have commented on the CPGH document as well. Even a close friend of Obama Senior in Kenya has examined the document.

Kim, do really expect anyone to believe that in October of 2009 Dr Helton Maganga didn't know the details of the document? ESPECIALLY THE STAMP WHICH IS THAT PART WITH HIS NAME AND THE DATE??????? Are you just that nuts or what?

So the answer that Smith asked you, is YES, you did speak to Maganga, and never thought to ask him if he was CA on Feb 19,2009. You seem to have trouble simply answering YES or No.

So Mik Taerg, what say you? The spelling agrees with your spelling, but Smith already covered that Periodicals and newspapers spell it both ways, but it also definately says he was the Chief Administrator on that date.

As an aside, I have found 3 separate people in the hospital using the chief admin@cpgh.co.ke address for correspondence on my search for this information. So perhaps multiple departments use this as a central e-mail dump.

Wikipedia isn’t exactly the most reliable source of material and they more than likely went by information from Jr’s fairy tale because further research pointed out that Ruth died of food poisoning the day after Thanksgiving and classmates of Stanley Armour all confirmed he did NOT have enough credits to graduate so had to return the following year to obtain the necessary credits to graduate. It comes down to trying to decide what is fact and what is fiction and when you have a group of classmates all agreeing Stanley Armour didn’t have enough credits to graduate I would tend to agree with them rather than Wikipedia which can be edited by anyone with that privilege. The same goes for the supposed suicide of Ruth Armour Dunham, when her obituary gave cause of death as food poisoning NOT suicide in a time when newspapers did not hesitate to inform the public if the deceased had committed suicide as per the article I posted upthread. People believed what Obama had been told by his grandfather, and that was clearly false, even the genealogists didn’t dig further or they would have discovered the difference!

I know i’m posting to this well after the fact (catching up on FR reading after a hellacious week). I read the Canada Press story of the journalist who said he/she had been threatened and I do believe they mentioned others in the field.

In their original report they said the identity of the person would be revealed once that person gave them permission to do so. That has been, what, six months ago? The story seems to have died out.

Any ideas if they do plan on following up on such an explosive report? The best way to stop anyone from blackmailing you is to shine light on the subject. I’d hoped by now, with all the attention the eligibility issue has received they would have at least updated the report if not given the promised information.

I didn’t mean to saw I thought it was planted - maybe I mistyped or was not clear enough. My point was that an argument I’ve heard on FR and other places from those trying to discredit the announcement is that it was planted by O’s handlers. I do not personally believe that as I indicated on the post.

I don’t questions its existence; I do question the address since I’ve never been shown any evidence that Obama or Dunham lived at the address aside from speculation of a possible rental of a backyard bungalow.

If you or anyone else has evidence of the address on the announcement and a real connection to Dunham/Obama, I’d love to see it.

Heltan Maganga (I see you name him Heltan) was CA certainly on June 17th. I HAVE ALLWAYS SAID SO.

The 3 different persons are form differnt times. We’ve been through this. If you look back you will find the Tender Document from CPGH, read it. It means only one CA.
