Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

Thanks for the post. A Christian judge in Africa whose father possibly delivered Barack Obama ! This is a gold-mine “IF” (big ‘if’) someone was able to contact her and ask her to perform her Christian and civil duty of bringing the truth forward in this matter. A motivated judge could play a significant role in exposing this case, and we ALL know how important this matter is to expose. Also, I read on Free Republic a few posts back that Kenyan Birth Records are public record and, unlike Hawaiian records, are available to the public upon request !
Is there ANY way someone can contact this judge and request her assistance ? She would have the authority to subpoena other Kenyan records to see if other Kenyan BCs have footprints, etc during this period. If you really want to silence your accusers (WND, etc.) THIS is the way to do it !

You are simply incorrect. They explicitly verified that their records show him as being born in Hawaii. See post 444.
Look into Hawaiian laws for registering births in 1961 & you will see that Okubo didn’t say anything of value. Google “clearing the smoke on obamas eligibility” & you will see how anyone could get a COLB from Hawaii at that time.

I quoted Okubo accurately. She did not verify a Hawaiian birth, only that the records in Hawaii were within the quidelines of Hawaiian law at the time of his birth. Also, the DOH has admitted bho’s birth records have been altered.From what to what? Maybe the Indonesian adoption & name change?
The ease of getting a Hawaiian COLB was very easy from 1895 to 1985. Many who never set foot on Hawaiian soil have done just that by simply filling out a form. No proof of anything required.
Do you see why it is so important we have the records to ensure Constitutional eligibility?

One small problem with Fukino’s statement is that she is not the person who decides if a person is a NBC or not.
If you inquired about Sun Yat Sen’s Hawaiian birth status the original vital records would also show a Hawaiian birth.
