Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

Having myself talked or not to Maganga is not a FLAW, it’s information I’m not going to give you now. It’s irrelevant in the same way your talking to him would be. The only relevant conversation would be between Maganga and Lucas.
Anyway this argument is waaaaay off topic. It’s a very bad attemt to make a parallel between my behaviour and Lucas’.
Lucas produced the paper, I didn’t, he has to answer.
Stamping the wrong CA’s name on the certificate is A FLAW and casts doubt on the document.

His majesty Lucas the “great investigator” (his own definition)is asking frivolous and irrelevant questions only to divert attention. He will not be satisfied and he will not be able to make an argument of this. Private conversations are often held under pronmise of confidentiallity. These promises can include the conversation having occured or not. Not saying that this is how it went. Instead I had a private coversation with someone very close to Lucas and Orly.
I am intested in your answering Lucas Smiths question and to quit stalling..
Perhaps if you start answering direct questions, you might get some answers.

Here is a case of frivilous and irrelevant...The documents are IN THE COURT SYSTEM, his affidavit is IN THE COURT SYSTEM, nothing you do or say, prove or disprove, can be used unless you file an affidavit that clearly and concisely refutes his findings. That means evidence that you put your name on the line for, and are punishable with jail time if you lie.
So far, Lucas Smith has done this, and you have not.
Yet, you continue to badger him...here is a helpful hint...
Until that changes, this is an exercise in curiousity, nothing more. Demanding someone satisfy your curiousity, requires kindness and tact. Neither of which you have displayed. If your looking for debate for curiousities sake, come with facts, answer you opponents questions honestly and with facts, links, evidence. Otherwise you have a one sided debate.

Okay, I can’t argue with anything you said except that Inspector Smith’s presence here damages FR’s credibility. If only non-felons are allowed to post comments and only non-felon writers can have their articles and blogs up, FR would be a different kind of place.
Or, if only Smith-the-felon is kicked off, but others aren’t vetted for prior felonies, then why target him?
Plus, there are plenty of criminals who have not been caught, charged, or got off on technicalities; of crimes much more severe than what Smith did.
IMO FR’s credibility is damaged by trolls who aren’t given the zot and stupid threads about American Idol, plus sort porn photo threads, than a very interesting player in the saga of 0bama’s eligibility.
Also, I’m not pinning my hopes on Smith’s document (although IMO from obsessive reading, it very well may be authentic). I think a whole bunch of things have to happen to get 0bama dragged from the White House, and I also think these things may just happen. 0bama dissing the SCOTUS and now Gibbs getting in the act, may actually do a lot of good. SC justices - even the liberal ones - may have rising hackles as we speak.
I would assume that Smith does not want to answer these questoins until he can answer them in court. Probably obvious to everyone except I just thought of it.

I can understand your lack of belief in The document because of Lucas’ youthful indiscretions. However, they were yrs ago and he has lead a good, clean life since then.
Question for you...If the document is fake, why has bozo or the DOJ gone after Lucas. More to the point, we have no true facts about bozo except what we have found by our own research. He has told countless lies and been caught in those lies. When called on it, her says we took it out of context & did not understand his real meaning. Thanks bs. He lies about everything, his birth, his education, his nationality, his religion, his intentions, his knowledge about his friends, his views on race, his smoking, the projected cost of health care, the facts about health care, cap & trade. I could go on but he lies so much about everything there isn’t room to post one tenth of his lies.
I have to say you have much more reason to doubt anything bama says than anythin Lucas says.

Aren’t those more important than asking Lucas questions? After all, bama is the one in the white house & is claiming a right to be there. Shouldn’t he have to prove it?

I would say—Well, I would agree except he did have a site called “Fight the smears.” Remember that? He did respond to every thing said or written about him except Lucas’ document. He tried to debunk all other statements. Some he did debunk because they were lies. Many were the truth but he put out lies in an attempt to debunk them & attacked the sources of the info.The only thing he never mentioned was Lucas document. He never tried to debunk it. His paid obots do try but they do not succeed because we Constitutionalists have too many facts that we can back up with documents, & with his own words. Remember when he said “I was born under British rule!” What do you think he was talking about?
That is for Lucas to do. He has satisfied my questions.
He also answered many of yours. You & your attitude towards him & others of us on UTube, has spoiled his willingness to talk to you further. You need to admit you were very ugly to him and extremely confrontational there.
