I am no legal eagle, it seems to be in Obama’s best interests to ignore it so it stays exactly where it is now. Team Obama has the media right where they want them on this issue. Why draw attention to it?

I would say—Well, I would agree except he did have a site called “Fight the smears.” Remember that? He did respond to every thing said or written about him except Lucas’ document. He tried to debunk all other statements. Some he did debunk because they were lies. Many were the truth but he put out lies in an attempt to debunk them & attacked the sources of the info.The only thing he never mentioned was Lucas document. He never tried to debunk it. His paid obots do try but they do not succeed because we Constitutionalists have too many facts that we can back up with documents, & with his own words. Remember when he said “I was born under British rule!” What do you think he was talking about?
