Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

It appears that others have stated that WMR is incorrect, and was using the Hawaii code at the time and presuming that Kenya was the same, which it was not. It was a British Protectorate which did not allow such things...thanks for the clarification.
In other words, you got nuthin...
You have your own reasons to be angry, and IMO your unreasonable.
He is not wanted for any law breaking offense.
Are you a phychopath? (look it up)
“We have only seen a long form Birth Certificate from Mombasa, Kenya which nobody has been able to disprove.”
I disproved it and many are satisfied with the evidence produced. Go check Lucas Smith + Othigo on the blogs and see what a fool they are making of him. He is now very angryHis certificate is disproved, no doubt.
He has to prove it’s authenticity, which is impossible given the enormous flaw about the wrong Chief Administrator.
What we have seen is a piece of paper created in Santo Domingo with information gathered on the internet. So he is really, really, stupid given the mistakes he made that he could have avoided with a little more attention. You certainly could have done much better. At least you would have crosschecked the date and the Chief Administrator on that same date. He didn’t do it.
***In other words, you got nuthin..***
well not exactly, look back through my posts.
THERE IS NONE SO BLIND AS ONE WHO WILL NOT SEE.
It came from the Hawaii State Attorney General’s Office!
No it didn't. What you posted was the Post & Email's paraphrase of something they claim came from the Attorney General's Office.
Given the Post & Email's history, even if they did get something from the office (which itself is in doubt), it's highly likely their paraphrase is inaccurate.
I am not satisfied with anything you have produced.
I don’t believe that he forged anything.
I do believe that he did as he stated.
Why do you think he is in Santo Domingo? Did I miss that somewhere?
I have never seen where he is angry with anyone for disproving anything. Can you provide a link where this has happened?
The last paragraph seems to be directed at me??? Was this a cut and paste from someone else? It does not make sense.
In this thread? I have read everything.
The burden of proof is on you, as you made the statements.
I do not intend to search your “works” it is up to you to provide them.
At this point, I still contend...
YOU GOT NUTHIN.
Prove me wrong.
In addition, I located this earlier in the thread:

You’re just shooting messengers because you don’t like the message.
I find this post by Mik Taerg to be extremely abusive and offensive to fellow FReeper Lucas Smith (InspectorSmith) who has backed up his claims under penalty of perjury.
Nope. I would love the message, if it indeed were true. If Obama really were ineligible and we could remove him, I would rejoice.
Unfortunately, I don't think it is true, and I don't want conservatives wasting their time on something that's got zero probability of doing any good.
Regarding messengers, I don't shoot them, but I don't believe them if they aren't credible.
Post and Email isn't credible. I'm sorry. It's just not.
Did you speak with Doctor Helton Maganga in early October 2009 or at any other time on the telephone?
Please answer.
The blogspot is wrong in one respect, it wasn’t the grandparents who lived in the apartment on Alexander St it was Ann and Jr. She phoned HI and asked her parents to rent her an apartment which they did in their names! They themselves lives on Kamehameha Ave and she moved in with them before she enrolled in the spring session at UH at Manao and this was confirmed by one of our own Freepers, John Valentine. The Dunhams for the most part lived at the Kamehameha address until moving to the University Ave address to be closer to Noelani Elementary School when Jr started school. They then moved to the apartment building on Beretannia St. after Ann and Jr moved to Indonesia, moving once after that to a two bedroom apartment in the same building once Jr moved back to HI and where Madelyn remained until her death November 2nd of 2008. The papers in HI were woefully inadequate when it came to investigative journalism so some stories had to be taken with more than a grain of salt when one read them, the housing story was one of those to be taken with a grain of salt from all the research I did about all the addresses!
Also when Sr first arrived in HI in June of 1959 he lived at the YMCA right across from the University and was in high demand for speaking engagements, after a year he moved to the small, single story home at 625 11th Ave where he remained until he left the island June 22nd 1962 upon his graduation. He then spent 3 months touring the U.S. with his first stop being San Francisco where he visited with Hal and Shirley Abercrombie and made an absolute arrogant ass of himself when the three went out to dinner. He arrived at Harvard on a “cool, crisp early fall morning” (courtesy of a Time Nov/62 article) and soon began classes. Not long after arriving he began a relationship with Ruth as she had money and could afford to indulge Mr Double Double’s expensive tastes.
Should everyone who has committed a crime be banned from FR?

OK. Everyone is entitled to their heartfelt opinion. I, however, am always receptive to civil discourse.
So, what would you consider a message source with ‘veritas’?
He probably changed to Jr. to II to keep folks from looking at his father too hard. His father’s image is not a very good one. Kenyan, Drunk, Muslim,Bigamist, etc.
Yes Kimbo. prove it. You want proof of everything. Prove you talked to anyone in Kenya. Show us the phone bill. We are waiting.
