Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.

Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.

One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.

A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.

At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.

The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.

The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

Carter would be unlikely to give greater weight to a Kenya BC over an equally authenticated HI BC.

Well, no because, not being a lawyer nor having stayed at a Holiday Inn Express but taking a shot at it anyway, that each document on it's own maintains it's own weight. However, what each document contains is another matter. If the HI bc was only based upon typical white granny's word (imho, hearsay) or was a delayed certificate or had amendments involving adoption and various citizenships, then you'd have something. There is also that missing page in the divorce and amazing how the passport break in still hasn't been resolved. Unfortunately, what y'all said earlier about sacrificing someone's rep seems to be the only way this will ever be heard. Going in the front door isn't getting anywhere.

Judge Carter specifically stated that merely placing an authenticated Kenyan BC into evidence, presumably even with testimony from the hospital administrators, it would not be enough to overcome a certified BC from a state in the US in his court. HI says Obama was born there. Kenya might say Obama was born there. Judge Carter says he, as a US judge, would side with HI absent a reason to question the HI COLB.

So, why wouldn't' the mere fact that an authenticated KBC bring in enough reason to question a HI COLB? If that is pushed, Carter risks an international incident as it is a slap at Kenya.

What about taking this to a Kenyan court and having them declare it's authenticity? Of course that would prove their favorite son is a criminal but it would demand some action and might bring standing in a US court.

All articles in The Nation, a Nairobi paper, call him Heltan.

Only The Standard has spelled him Helton and once even Heltun. Most recent Standard articles refer to Heltan.

That is not the case. A "Nation" article does call him Helton, and the 'AllAfrica' besides the 'Standard' call him Helton.

If the GOP takes the House in November, they will have subpoena power to investigate Obama's original HI vital records.

They will never do it. Their spines will turn to jelly because they will be afraid of looking foolish for allowing Obama to occupy the WH and destroy the economy of this country. I have lost faith in the GOP doing anything to stand up for what is right regarding a President, or ex-President. Look how they held the Clintons accountable for trashing the WH and stealing the furniture!

How can we assume this new birth cert is for real? Just because there is a name of a doctor on it who may have lived next to obama? I can put the drs name who lives next to me on the same document with photo shop and that does not mean that dr deleiverd my child? Am I missing something?
The burden of proof is not with us, it is with obama, to resolve he needs to show us the real document he claims he has showing the drs name and where he lived, we should demand no less, just as his people are demanding that we show the same documentation if we were to work in a high level government job with a security clearance.
We should demand that the president of the united states, should follow the rules like the rest of regarding applying for a security clearance, and face jail like the rest of us would if we were to use a fake document as proof of our birth. We should demand no less, the proof of burden is with obama, and not us, otherwise we look like fools if by chance we make an error or if we say things that sound dumb when taken out of context such that it might prove obama was born abroad because a dr lived next door as written on a document that is not an official US document, nothing short of Obama showing the real document, or the state showing us what they have will resolve this issue, and we should demand this right now.

My software records every time I get an outside “ping”. One night I was getting “pings” every 5 minutes. You might want to research a better firewall than Norton if you have info stored on your machine. Also an external drive that is only hooked up when saving docs is a good idea.

I think part of the point is that the Dr’s name was on the BC FIRST, then the article was found that he lived next to BO Sr (not very relevant), but that he IS a pediatrician and it is stated that he delivered Obumbler.

As far as I now this BC has yet to be debunked.

When this BC came out, people were placing the doctor all over including out of the country during the time Obama was born.

This news article shows the doctor was living next to Obama senior and in the same town that Obama was born in.
