The federal government does not take lightly filing a deliberately false claim someone is illegally occupying the Oval office giving the latter is a treasonous offense. People have been imprisoned for submitting false claims to law enforcement for reason far less egregious than Smith's claims against BO/BS.

You are not responding to what I wrote, which was a response to what you wrote. Instead, you are continuing to bloviate--and to lose touch with reality as demonstrated by your second paragraph below.

It's amazing how you Obamabots are so willing to defend a flaming socialist against those who are merely demanding he obey the Constitutional requirement to prove he is a natural born citizen per Article 2 Section 1! BO/BS could have cleared up this matter in a heart beat long ago by merely producing a valid birth certificate but has instead chosen to spend $2 million dollars on a team of lawyers to prevent producing any documentation and yet none of you question this fact!
