I thought he was not eligible for the presidency since before the election. If BO Sr. actually was his father, then he does not meet the criteria for natural born citizen. And even if Frank Marshall Davis were his dad, he still would still be only a naturalized citizen following his adoption by Lolo Soetoro as an Indonesian if, after he returned to Hawaii to live with this grandparents, he reapplied for citizenship. And if his mom actually did give birth to him in Kenya, she was not old enough to have conferred U.S. citizenship upon him and even if she had he still would not have been natural born if BO Sr. was his father.
