In my email this morning I had a message from some lady in Japan wanting to get some money out of the states past her ex-husband. She promised that she would make it worth my while. Well, I’m kind of busy with work and all so I don’t think I’ll be able to help. Let me forward it on to you and you can keep every dime she pays you.

Do you have evidence to disprove the birth certificate? Give me half an hour and I'm sure I can Photoshop some.

Does a real disservice to Limbaugh to have his name on this web site.
The video is an old story.

I don’t have to disprove, you have to prove beyond a doubt that that truly is his birth certificate, I’m not the one running around with video that has the quality of a big foot video.
Any lawyer fresh out of law school could raise enough reasonable doubt on that video.
I mean hell, it’s Kenya, it doesn’t take much to forge a document.
So sorry, a grainy, poor quality video of a piece of paper isn’t going to convince anyone.

Lucas Smith wouldn't have signed and filed the below affidavit, detailing how the birth certificate was obtained and willing to face imprisonment if he is committing perjury.

Seems Smith would only be perjuring himself if he hadn't bribed an unnamed person in Kenya to look the other way while he obtained a “birth certificate” from another unnamed source. Or if he wasn't 29 at the time. Or wasn't born in Iowa.
How does that demonstrate that this “birth certificate” is authentic or lend it any authenticity?

Would you be willing to swear in writing to a federal court your documentation is valid and will accept imprisonment if if you were lying?

Where does it say in the affidavit that the document is valid or authentic?
He only swears that he bribed a guy in Kenya to look the other way while he obtained it.
That could truthfully mean he bribed a cop not to arrest him while he had a forgery made.

Are you serious? Did you actually read the affidavit?
Paragraph 11: "I declare, certify and verify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing statement of the fact and description of circumstances and events are true and correct".
Note the words statement, description, circumstance and event are all in the plural form to include the validity of everything stated in the affidavit.
He only swears that he bribed a guy in Kenya to look the other way while he obtained it.
Now you're claiming he is admitting to the federal government he bribed someone to obtain a forged document! Not only would that defeat the purpose of proving BO/BS wasn't born in the U.S. but would also ensure his going to prison! LOL!!!! No one in his or right mind would purposely lie in writingto the federal government so they can go to a federal prison!!! LOL again!!
Your statements are becoming more ludicrous with each post and only prove the weakness of your argument. I hope your BO's/BS's defense attorney.

He did not lie in the affidavit, as far as I can tell.
But that doesn't mean that what he presents as a “birth certificate” is an authentic document.
He would have perjured himself in the affidavit only if:
-He did not actually go to Kenya.
-He did not actually bribe someone to “look the other way”.
-He wasn't born in Iowa.
-He wasn't 29 at the time.
And so on. In short, if someone sold him a falsified document and he believed that document was authentic, he wouldn't be perjuring himself.
But his affidavit in no way validates the document as authentic as a birth certificate for BHO beyond it being the same document he obtained in Kenya.

Interesting.
What makes you think that?
I'd have thought Santo Domingo would be greener, but I know nothing about the place.
