Sunlight is the answer. I used to be a pretty depressive person till I started making a point of getting out in the sunlight as much as possible.

I told my wife let's take Christmas off and take the kids and go to Florida and stay with your parents, it's wonderful there. I know a week at the beach would do it for me, I'm out of vacation but thinking about asking for time off without pay, I need to go that bad, it's just incredible that I feel like this in mid-December, I desperately need the sun, that is exactly it !!

I know that these days I live my life around being in the sun some every day. I built a porch/greenhouse this summer and was sitting out there in the sun with the dogs today. I even get irritated about having the shades closed at all during the day.
