I'm all for Ralph Nader running again. I'd love for Howard Dean to get fed up or some other Democrat to get fed up with Obama and I'd love for a third party of Democrats and liberals to establish itself. I want all kinds of liberals to line and up run in third parties. That's how we weaken their side. As for our side, the focus must be to take back the Republican Party. That's the way you win. You can draw attention to yourself by denouncing both parties at the same time, and you can think that you're relating to a whole lot of people or being disabused and forgotten about, but you do a grave disservice in doing so because you're never going to win anything. You're going to guarantee Democrat victory in perpetuity. We need a strong conservative movement that takes back the Republican Party and then we have a strong Republican Party. It's hard work but it is happening.

I believe that this level of wholesale personal assault completely outside the issues is unacceptable now. If I'm wrong, please let me know.

This is going on in another thread by these same two people. I'm up for political discussion with anyone, but if what these two are doing does not violate FR rules, it would be helpful for us to know now.

You are a pro-Bush RINO participating in an online forum which has clearly stated that it is NOT a website which supports RINOs of any kind.

You claim to be a conservative, however your continuing embrace of, and praise for the biggest RINO (George W. Bush) to ever make it to the White House places your self proclaimed conservatism in a questionable light.

Rabscuttle385 has invited and encouraged you repeatedly to explain how you reconcile your assertions of being a conservative with your condoning of the UN-conservative acts of the previous President of these United States, which have undermined our Constitution, expanded the size, power and reach of our federal government, increased the threat to our civil liberties by greater federal intrusions into our private lives, and you have failed to even make the slightest attempt to explain just what exactly it is that you think makes you a conservative. If you call yourself a conservative in the mold of George W. Bush, you are no conservative, you are a RINO and you ought to quit playing the victim card and just own up it.

Hey, you can tell everyone that George W. Bush fooled you, he fooled me and I admit it. Go back and find my posts during GWB's first term and I doubt you will find a more partisan defender on FR during that time. My eyes, however were opened and I saw GWB for what he was, and what he was not, and he was NOT (and isn't now) a conservative. I'm actually hopeful that you will eventually come to that realization yourself.

The fact remains that you can scream "RINO" until you're fingers are nubs, but it doesn't make it any more true. I am not now, nor have I ever been a "Republican in Name Only." I am, and have been for decades, a solid conservative Republican - to the right of my party, but like Sarah Palin, believing that the party's principles, IF UPHELD, are what's best for America.

I want conservatives and conservative principles to regain power, and I want to do so by working alongside others who may not agree in detail, but agree in principle.

I can't stand what RINO's have done to the Republican party.....MY party. But the idea that there are those of you within conservatism who don't care if Democrats - Marxist traitors - keep their power is beyond imagination.

It's clear that you don't want millions of conservatives to fight the left, or be part of this forum, and it's clear that you will use any means, no matter how unethical, to get rid of us, or to humiliate us into silence (how many conservatives have come before me, and just left? Hundreds?).

The answer for me is not to stop fighting the left. It's to realize that those who don't want me to do so (like you) are not on the right side of what's best for America.

This is NOT a RINO website. George W. Bush was, and is, a RINO. Anyone who chooses to continue to support, justify and make excuses for the policies and decisions of the RINO GWB, cannot be anything more or less, than a RINO themselves. That is pure and simple logic.

What you are failing to understand is that REAL conservatives do not support the policies of RINOs. Take John McCain (please!) for example. The epitome of a RINO. He makes excuses for the 'Rats, for Comrade 0bama, he goes out of his way to thumb his nose at conservatives while making common cause with our adversaries and enemies.

REAL conservatism begins with denouncing and condemning the failed faux-conservatives (aka RINOs) of the past, and those seeking to prevent the Republican Party from returning to it's Reagan-conservative foundation.

For those who instead choose to delude themselves into thinking that either McCain or GWB were some kind of actual conservatives, they should not be surprised when they start feeling uncomfortable on an anti-RINO website.

The problem with her argument here is that her posts are still visible for anyone to read: the endless complaining, the unverifiable claims about herself that NONE OF US EVER ASKED FOR! This includes the litmus test she posed me yesterday challenging me to post as many tea party pictures as she did (or whatever, it's above.)

Now on that ‘other thread’ she references she claims to have found posted conversations admitting this great conspiracy:

That remaining 2% is Alito and Roberts (1% each.) I get the impression from her posts that ohioWbot thinks Palin is another GWB. She almost never clarifies her points, if you call them points. (She does call them lies if you try to yourself, or she pings the moderator, with HELP ME!!!. )

She thinks Palin will be elected in 2012 and it will be a vindication of the GWB presidency. I do remember a interview Palin gave last year that blamed the 2008 election loss on GWB failures, growing government, running up debts, even against foreign adventures (sounded like us!).

That being said, I was forced, as anyone in a criminal trial, to put forward a factual defense of my absolute conservatism, which I did (and was called a "braggart" for stating the evidence in rebuttal of your charges. That, as the old saying goes, is "you can't win for losing." I did what I had to do. You had no facts to refute me, and so I have won the argument. I AM a conservative activist.

At any rate, it doesn't matter. I will fight liberalism and I will fight Marxism, and you don't want me on your team.

So be it. I'm strong willed and not subject to intimidation by anyone, let alone people whom I neither know, nor respect what I do know.
