So there is no such person as BaraCK Hussein Obama II because the original was BaraK. Since that is the spelling of his name,that is the way it should be on both the Hawaiian COLB and on the other Kenyan certificate that started this thread. It is also the spelling that should be on the divorce papers and the birth announcement. How could Stanley Ann not know this? If she filled out the birth forms she would have spelled it correctly—but if someone else did it, like her mother or father, it would be an easy mistake. It’s like I know my husband’s name is FrederiCK and would never spell it incorrectly but someone else might use Frederic or Fredrick. He also pronounced his name BEAR-ik with the emphasis on the first syllable according to an interview article that was done with his Hawaiian friends. Somebody made a big boo-boo.

It’s a classic case of translation from a script that doesn’t have 26 alphabet letters as we do. That’s how you get SUTORO and SOETORO.
As long as it sounds the same, they can write it anyway they like.
