Look carefully. It's not a birth certificate, but a "Certified Copy of Registration of Birth". Similar to a COLB in the US.
So supposedly this is the Kenyan equivalent of the COLB that the WH put forth? Then have the best forensic doc examiners in the world lay them side by side and proclaim a winner.

Are you sure of that meaning in kenya? or the UK?

BUT - it refers to the source of the original: "Birth register of province book *** page ****"
Interesting that the document has a November 2001 rev. date. You would think that Hawaii would have an original typed version. I do genealogy, and in all cases states have provided an original typed version.
That is the kind of B.C. I ONLY could present to with my immigration application papers!!
If we had had COLBS like in the U.S., my application would never have been accepted, so please get of the horse that this is only a Colb!!!
