It doesn’t matter what you call it. Different jursidictions give it different names.

Mine is from Alabama and its saids “Certificate of Live Birth”

What is important is the information on it. This document has the information that Obama’s COLB is missing and has the Hospital on it.

Sure there is. The English language and basic observation.

Seriously, if you look carefully at the document, it doesn't have all of the pertinent details that a birth certificate has. Simple comparison of this document to the Hawaiian COLB reveals some similarities.

Basically, they both contain the most basic birth information, but fall short of complete documentation, such as name of doctor, baby's weight, exact time of birth, attending nurses or physicians, signatures, parents full addresses, etc.

That's all I was attempting to indicate.
