There is nothing in the Constitution, that I know of anyway, that states what we the people should do in the case of a fraudulent election.

As well as I can determine in consulting my desk top copy of the Constitution, Amendment XX, Section 3 may provide an answer to that question:

"...if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified;..."

Good find.....the only problem is that it states “President elect”. It seems to apply before the President is sworn in.
