Well if the names can be verified and the info matches the info on page 5573 of the registry volume, I don’t care if the document calls itself “The Republic of Never-Never land” and its printed on a banana peel!

It would still be the real deal.

Only if you are looking at a version of Kenyas constitution as amended after 1964... Look at their original constitution of 1963, it doesn't call Kenya a republic.
