If this is true, then we all must take to the streets and protest this.
If they try to keep Obama in place we have to strongly protest this.
I doubt that this is even going to get to court; I think it will probably not get very far beyond Free Republic, alas. I keep hoping something will happen to derail him, but then, people kept hoping that something would happen to Hitler, too, and it never did. It took a world war to remove him or make him remove himself.
