I believe that is a common mistake everyone makes. I don’t believe Biden can be POTUS because the entire admin would have been a fraudulent one.
One of the reasons I believe they are fighting this so hard is due to the Constitutional implications it will have.
It will create a total shitstorm throughout the country....possibly the 2nd Civil War as well......we are already on the brink of one and this just may push all of us right over the edge.

It's possible she had a sit down with zero showed him what she had,and then bribed him to come across with Sec. of State and dough(it's a stretch I know) and we have what we have.
That would certainly explain how zero has tried to neutralize her as Sec state by placing strategic envoys in several hot bed situations around the world.
But who really knows.
Biden would not be President. He would be temporarily but McCain would be the legally elected President since Bozo would be proved a fraud and all his votes would be thrown out. Still, this could benefit Hillary, she could use it to go through the dimwit party and have many of her enemies tossed out of the party or jailed as being complicit in out right voter fraud. She would be in good standing in 2012 if such was the case.
