I'm just guessing of course,but if Hillary thought she could not stop the acorn/chicago mob/soros juggernaut behind zero and chose not to produce the doc,her next problem would be how to be relevant for the next four years.

It's possible she had a sit down with zero showed him what she had,and then bribed him to come across with Sec. of State and dough(it's a stretch I know) and we have what we have.

That would certainly explain how zero has tried to neutralize her as Sec state by placing strategic envoys in several hot bed situations around the world.

But who really knows.
