Well, my guess, as to why Dr. Taitz is willing to ‘run’ with the color copy is that there is a book and page number; along with Registrar info. So, there are backdoors ways of substantiating the KenyanBC?

Authentication is VERY possible. That’s what the letters rogatory are for.
This document is the best she’s got. All she is asking the court for is assitance in authenticating the document by brining the force of law into the effort.

I highly agree, and am hugely disappointed that she doesn't appear to have ready access to the original.
Having said that, she does indicate that the document can be "recovered". The question is, from who? I just can't imagine that she would go so far as to file this suit, if she (and others) didn't believe that they actually can do this.
