The second photo with the tear on it was created by a FRiend here. It was only meant to clarify the image for easier reading.
They are both the same document though one has the background deleted.
So now who will the Obots say has the burden of proof?
Good work.
Oh, you’re fine. It’s some people who go off on tangents without bothering to read.
Vital records, hmmmm. Why not just come out and say "we saw barrys original birth certificate?
Another unanswered question....why spend so much money keeping it hidden? And why go through such trouble of covering up all past records?
Wow. So, Orly Taitz is really a left-wing plant, engaged in a huge disinformation campaign to make conservatives look bad.
Damn. Who would'a thunk it?
I really don’t understand,if one candidate was ineligible and clearly fraudulent why no new election.
Sadly our brainstorimg is seen as foolishness by many. Our willingness to throw out ideas to be confirmed or denied is read as gullible. I have no problem if anyone disagrees with me. If I am wrong about anything I can admit it (sometimes my pride gets in the way, but hey, I am human).
But the one thing that really pisses me off are the holier than thou’s who cannot wait to tell us what useful village idiots we are because we are willing to explore an event to its logical conclusion.
I know that I would rather make an informed judgement after gathering as many facts as I can. Just as I don’t accept the authenticity of this doc on faith, neither do I accept the declaration of it being a fraud by the posters who seem to think they are so much smarter than the rest of us.
If that makes us useful idiots, so be it.
Just in case my post reads wrong, I am agreeing with your post. Sometimes my posts do not read the way I intended. I worry about that.
Compared to Soros and Chicago, the Clintons are amateurs.
Must leave again for a couple of hours....Please ping me to any important information. Thanks.
LOL! Damn browser spell check. :)
If only I was a billionaire. They seem to respond to cash.
But he selected him as his running mate. That entire ticket should be declared a fraud if this birth certificate proves to be real.
Ping...
Good points. It is very likely that Taitz and her team would protect themselves by such testing being insisted upon before filing.
The pictures of Bill was one of his famous cat swallowed the carnary looks.
Babies have a habit of asserting themselves at inopportune moments. Perhaps Mombasa is where they happened to be when the birth process began.
There was probably a dearth of hospitals then in Kenya. I could certainly see them wanting a hospital birth rather than a village birth in case of any problems. That might have been reason enough for them to journey to Mombasa.
I’m not a lawyer and this is over my head.
After searching fairly diligently, I haven't found that. But check out Feinstein's remarks in an October 5, 2004 Senate hearing. The testimony from this hearing is worth reading. I haven't checked the attachments.

I am just reluctant. I suppose I am reluctant because I am not sure it is damaging to go through that first generation of missing that right of aspiration to the highest office of the land, to which so few really aspire, and that in terms of the common good of the general electorate, that right doesn't create a burden which is a healthy burden because it connotes with it a deeper responsibility. ...
Having searched the Congressional Record from 1995 to the present, on the phrase "natural born," this list represent ALL of the relevant proposed legislation and/or constitutional amendment involving eligibility for the office of president.
For the most part, born in the US is taken as "natural born," even if the birth is to a foreigner who comes to the US solely for the purpose of giving birth, and the foreigner returns to their native country and raises the child there. The US has a cottage industry, catering to Koreans and Japanese, mostly, that performs exactly this service, and with exactly the function to confer citizenship on the child.
