Personally, I prefer Tancredo although I admire "America's Mayor," and this article sheds some light on Rudy's little known conservative and courageous accomplishments.
How much longer are we going to allow the spam from the Giuliani camp to continue?
As long as we have to read that crap about Tom Tancredo and Ron Paul, etc.
That's the way it works.
I would be thrilled to have a candidate I was 75% in agreement with. I doubt that I will see one in my lifetime.
Say goodbye to your health care. You can cherish your "O'Doyle Rules!" attitude when the government takeover of 14% of the economy comes around. When Mahmoud gets the nukes for his apocalypse in a few years and Hillary and Nancy try to give him therapy, you will have the solace of knowing that Giuliani hates America as much as the Democrats.
Seriously, who are you kidding? We're on the verge of becoming a weak, feminized nanny-state that can't defend itself, and you're acting like there is no difference between the parties on education, crime, taxes, health care, energy, trade, and killing the bad guys?
I used to think only the most committed socialist was capable of such extravagant doublethink, but it appears I am wrong.
No, you tell me not to post to you and then when you want to post to me you say, "Truce on this one thread."
Until Rudy gets right with God on the life issues he will have to do w/o my support. Period. End of story.
I don't even agree with myself that much........LOL.
"We have a long way to go to be supporting a Liberal at this stage.
Why surrender? Why not fight?"
NOBODY wants you to surrender.
You should support whoever you want until a candidate is chosen.
If your guy wins, that's great.
If it's Rudy, you should vote for him.
He will lock this country down to islam.
There were a lot of Muslims in NYC last time I was there.
Bump!
Once again, please do not post to me.
Well, I have never posted campaign materials for Tancredo, Paul or anyone else. I am really getting sick and tired of the constant driving campaign barrage of a liberal trying to claim to be a conservative, when we all know better.
I feel the same way about Giuliani that many Dems felt about John Kerry in '04. Virtually none of them were exited about Kerry, but they had a pathological hatred of George Bush. In a like manner, I loathe the politics of Hillary, and would only vote for Giuliani to prevent her from entering office.
That being said, I would prefer to vote for anyone other than Giuliani in the primary. Even though electing someone other than Giuliani increases the likelyhood that we will lose the general election, I'm willing to accept that loss while standing by more socially and constitutionally conservative principles.
Since we're now crying to the moderator, let's ask how much longer are the supporters of a Republican candidate going to have to endure the schoolyard insults from the likes of you?
Is that what they call Reaganites these days?
I'm old enough to remember when the Rockefeller-Gerald Ford Republicans said the GOP needed to nominate a social liberal in order to win. They said that Reagan wasn't viable because he was too conservative. For some reason I thought that such thinking had died, but I guess it was just hibernating
I won't if you promise not to see something of mine and post, "Howlin, I know I told you not to post to me, but on this one thread, we agree and can have a truce, okay?"
Agreed?
You sound like me. :)
"Guliani is conservative".
As compared to what?
Many more Germans and Japanese than muslims here then.
What do you recommend?
Appeasement?
Posting factual refutations of the lies spouted by those claiming Rudy is a conservative is NOT spam. They are FACTS.
