Chris Richardson
Chris tells us that he used to be 40 pounds heavier. Shows pictures to prove it.
Sings a Keith Urban song. Surprisingly okay.
Randy: "Switching it up! This kid is in it to win it."
Paula: "You adapted well. You picked a great song."
Simon: "Not the best vocal we've heard. Thought the vocal bit nasal to be honest with you ... timid ... but you sold it."

The sound LIVE must be alot differetn...because, from MY TV, the lad was singing FLAT for the majority of the song...and it gave me the "Squint your eyes and hope he finishes soon" feeling LOL (GAWD, how catty is that!)

WOW ....Simon did NOT like Ryan asking him how he lost his weight...even though that is what he talked about in his bio.
Did you all get the impression that Simon got a BIT overreactive on that??

My problem is that I have too much of a clue about current events, and I want to give the clue back. It's just too difficult knowing there isn't squat I can do about any of it. So back to AI and some fun.

I truly believe Carrie is the biggest success yet....and by the way, Bucky Covington has a song that debuted on Country Top 40 this week....funny, all the country singers have gone on to bigger and better things.....Josh Gracin, the Pickle, Bucky....and of course the biggest of all Carrie~
Country is a bit easier market to tap into, the most popular on radio, and fits the AI "all-American" image pretty well. Someone who looks and sounds the country part on the show can usually parlay that into a successful career in the genre. The music and lyrics in country generally (and I stress generally) don't have to be all that complex or unique for someone to make hit records. I mean, the Pickle?

Okay... I love the promotion pit commercial...
Much more than I like Richardson. Congrats on the weight loss, however. Half-claw bonus there, but it doesn't stop his constant display of mediocrity.

I love Ryan but he is light in the loafers.
