According to Fox 35, Charlie Crist is the winner of the Republican Primary for Governor.
Time for us to get behind him.

Seriously! Google it. Disgusting, demented buncha losers. Many of them sneak back in to embarrass FR. Usually representing either the looney right or pretending to represent them.
Keyed the wrong one, it was post # 86.
Duh! You pointed out the response, after the posts you accused me of being the subject of. I wasn't. You are just as guilty of talking about the offending post as I am. That doesn't make you the sender or recipient of the post. Sheesh! A little reading comprehension, please.
86 had nothing to do with the troll, or the offending post.
I am very, very sorry Crist won. Were I a Floridian, I would not be voting for him in the general election.
Likewise, 95% of the time, I vote for the most conservative candidate in the primary. But I would not have voted for Randall Terry.
Whooops it appears I had TampaDude and FloridaLivin confused. Doesn't change anything, though, you're still here to disrupt.
And I agree with the rest of your comments.
There was a thread a few days ago, which posted pictures of some Gallagher supporters carrying signs, opposed to Crist, and the signs said, 'No Wife', 'No Children', 'No Home', 'You Dont Qualify'...the implication was, that because Crist was not married and had no children, he was gay...then someone else said, that they had lived for a time in San Francisco, and they had 'gaydar', and they had apparently once shook hands, with Crist, and their 'gaydar' was alerted...I am just recapping what was said..
And another thing about the signs, since when does renting a place, mean that you have no home?...I am sure many Freepers would be surprised to hear this....tho apparently according to the ones carrying the signs, renting, means you have no home...
Then apparently when all this rumor mongering did not seem to boost Gallagher in the polls, then out came the rumors that Crist had fathered a child out of wedlock, and that he denied it...no facts to support the allegation either, but what the heck, rumors never need facts...
Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I thought that before the election Crist was expected to win by 20 percentage points, but the last time I looked at the election results, Crist was leading by more than 25 percent..
Guess the tactics of spreading all those rumors and carrying all those ridiculous signs, backfired...
No, I had a different site in mind.
They do not possess the moral depth to understand the evil behind Terri Schindler's case and probably never will. It's like talking to a wall or some other inanimate object.
I didn't suggest anyone should vote for the dem. There were no dems in the republican primary. I think people should vote for the candidate they think is best qualified. I think people should do their homework, and find out where a candidate actually stands on the issues, as opposed to their claims that don't match their record. I don't think anyone calling themselves a conservative should vote for a liberal just because someone tells them to.
That's true. They do, however, possess a bottomless pit of anger. After all this time, they still lash out Terri's supporters when they see us on other threads. Some of them even seek us out. Have you noticed the flame war they orchestrated against Floriduh Voter?
Well, to some on here the fact that he's not married and has no girlfriend means that he shouldn't have kids. That whole children out of wedlock thing. For that matter, I'm not married and have no kids. That doesn't make me gay. As far as I'm concerned, it makes me lucky.
fake tan,
You are in FL now. You know how vain some of these people here are. It is pretty stupid though.
supports gay adoption and civil unions.
These I don't have too much of a problem with. I've known foster "parents" that were doing it just for the state money. Threaten the kids with going back to where ever if they didn't behave and crap like that. If a gay couple (male or female) can give a kid a stable home, why not? We all know that there are bad foster and adoptive parent out there, traditional marriage or not. As for civil unions, I can't see that its any of my business what adults do behind closed doors.
I guess so. Too bad for them, huh? LOL
Alright, Thanks...
Is he the one who faced the "sorry charlie" signs? If so he will have a tough slog of it.
In the closet, no wife, no kids, fake tan, supports starving people to death for no particularly good reason, will say or do anything to get elected including gay marriage, gay adoption, giving illegals driver licenses.
Why in gods name would any self respecting Republican vote for that?
Already addressed some of these.
starving people to death for no particularly good reason
Debatable and flogged to death on numerous threads.
giving illegals driver licenses.
With certain caveats, but I still don't like this. I also disagree with him on off shore drilling. Can't have it all though.
And it will go downhill from there I don't see "Crist" getting a majority of the Jewish, Black, Women, Wasp,or Catholic vote.
On the bright side he will get landslide homosexual and tanning salon owner support.
